ApexPolyPro Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ApexPolyPro for your polycarbonate sheet needs! We are committed to delivering your order efficiently and in good condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines for customers in Washington (WA) and Oregon (OR).

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within [e.g., 1-3] business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation and order verification.

  • Once processed, your order will be scheduled for our Saturday delivery route (see Section 5).

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for custom-cut orders (if applicable). We will notify you if significant delays are expected.

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Accessibility

  • We currently offer delivery services within defined zones in Washington (WA) and Oregon (OR) based on proximity to Portland, OR, and Seattle, WA.

  • Delivery Location Accessibility:

    • Deliveries can only be made to locations directly accessible by our standard road-going delivery vehicles (trucks).

    • We do not utilize water transport for deliveries. Direct delivery to boats, vessels, or onto any water-based structures (e.g., floating homes with no road access) is not possible.

    • For properties primarily accessible only by water (e.g., islands without road access, specific waterfront locations not reachable by our trucks), our delivery service extends only to the nearest accessible mainland marina, public boat launch, or ferry terminal that our delivery vehicles can safely reach. The customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of any further transportation from that point. Please discuss such requirements with us prior to finalizing your order.

  • Restrictions:

    • We strictly do not ship to Canada or any other international locations.

    • We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

  • Our Delivery Zones:

    • Zone 1: Within a 60-mile radius of Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA.

    • Zone 2: From 61 miles up to a 120-mile radius from Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA.

    • Zone 3: Areas beyond a 120-mile radius from Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA (subject to accessibility).

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Deliveries are typically made using our own delivery vehicles or select local carriers to accommodate our Saturday delivery schedule and the nature of polycarbonate sheets.

  • All deliveries are "curbside delivery" to the closest accessible point for our vehicles (see Section 7 for details).

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by your order total and delivery zone:

  • Zone 1: Within 60-mile radius of Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA:

    • FREE Shipping: For orders totaling $2000 or more.

    • $150 Flat Rate: For orders under $2000.

  • Zone 2: 61 to 120-mile radius from Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA:

    • $100 Flat Rate: For orders totaling $2000 or more.

    • $250 Flat Rate: For orders under $2000.

  • Zone 3: Beyond 120-mile radius from Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA:

    • $100 Flat Rate: For orders totaling $2000 or more (subject to road accessibility as per Section 2).

    • Custom Quote Required: For orders under $2000. Please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email or Phone] with your order details and delivery address for a custom shipping quote. Orders for these areas under $2000 cannot be fully processed online without a prior shipping agreement.

  • Potential Additional Fees:

    • The rates above are for standard curbside delivery. If specialized services are requested and feasible, additional charges may apply and will be quoted separately.

5. Delivery Schedule & Estimated Delivery Times

  • All deliveries are scheduled for SATURDAYS during daytime hours.

  • Once your order is processed (typically [e.g., 1-3] business days), it will be scheduled for delivery on an upcoming Saturday.

  • Our delivery driver is obligated to call you at least one hour prior to arrival, or earlier on the delivery day, to discuss and confirm the estimated arrival time, ensuring you do not have to wait at home the entire day.

  • We will contact you after your order is processed to confirm the specific Saturday delivery date. Please ensure your provided phone number is accurate for a pre-delivery call.

  • While we aim to meet scheduled Saturday deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle issues, unexpected access limitations) may cause delays. We will communicate any such issues as promptly as possible.

6. Shipment Tracking

  • For deliveries made by our team, we will provide a delivery window and direct communication, including the pre-arrival call mentioned in Section 5.

  • If a third-party local carrier is used for your Saturday delivery, we will provide you with tracking information if available from the carrier.

7. Receiving Your Order (Important for Polycarbonate Sheets & Saturday Delivery)

  • Customer Obligation for Receipt: You, the customer, or an authorized adult (18+) are obligated to be personally present at the agreed-upon, road-accessible delivery address on the scheduled Saturday and confirmed time to receive the delivery.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is crucial to inspect the goods thoroughly for any visible damage before signing the delivery note/receipt or allowing the delivery personnel to leave. Carefully check all sides of the packaging and the sheets themselves if accessible.

  • Signing Delivery Note: By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge receipt of the goods in the condition observed.

  • If Damage is Found:

    • Clearly note any damage (e.g., "torn packaging," "cracked sheet," "bent corner") on the delivery note before signing it.

    • If damage is significant, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If you refuse it, please note "Refused due to damage" on the delivery note.

    • Take clear photos of the damage (packaging and product).

    • Contact ApexPolyPro Customer Service at [Your Customer Service Email or Phone] within [e.g., 24] hours of delivery to report the damage, providing your order number and photos. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

  • Curbside Delivery: All deliveries are "curbside," meaning the delivery personnel will deliver the items to the curb at the end of your driveway or the closest accessible point reachable by our standard delivery vehicles. You will be responsible for moving the items from that point to your desired location. Ensure you have adequate help available if needed, as polycarbonate sheets can be large.

8. Incorrect Addresses / Failed Delivery Attempts / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and falls within our serviceable and road-accessible zones at the time of order. ApexPolyPro is not responsible for orders if an incorrect address is provided or if the confirmed location is not accessible as described.

  • Failed Delivery Due to Customer Absence: If you have accepted a call from our driver and agreed upon a delivery time for Saturday, but no authorized person is present to receive the order upon the driver's arrival (and this absence is confirmed by means such as a driver's video recording and/or SMS notification attempts), the original delivery fee paid will be non-refundable.

    • If you wish to reschedule the delivery, a new delivery fee will be charged and must be paid prior to the subsequent delivery attempt.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: Please follow the inspection and reporting procedure outlined in Section 7.

  • Lost Shipments: If there's an issue with your scheduled delivery, please contact us immediately.
